A manager scheduled a re-check on a small single family home. The tenants had been warned multiple times about cleanliness and destruction of the property. They had told the manager that a professional cleaning company had come in and that they had paid a licensed carpet cleaning company to come in and clean.
When the manager arrive to do the inspection there were large 'bleached' out spots all over the carpet, as well as the carpet itself was an off color. Come to find out, that in order to save some money they purchased large bottles of bleach and cleaned the carpet themselves.
