From one of our managers: "I had an applicant with an Emotional Support Animal. I worked my tail off to get her approved. Took me weeks to get a hold of her doctor etc. She moved in on a Sunday and on Monday evening I get a text from one of the girls she moved in with that said, 'I don't want to ruin your evening but [tenant's] dog just had puppies.'"
She was prescribed one dog, not SIX!
