I just left an inspection where the tenant wasn’t home, but had left out a pastry on the table. This pasty had a note that said “please help yourself” with paper plates and plastic utensils. I thought it was really nice to see how well the tenants and Management work together, communicate, and even leave a nice gesture for us as we enter their home without them there. We respect tenants, and then in turn they respect us!
