A self-managing owner was renting out a property to a few young men. The garage at the property was not part of the rental, as the owner stored Wave Runners in it, along with items such as pallets, and empty drum barrels. Upon visiting the garage one afternoon, the owner noticed that the wave runners had been moved to the back corner of the garage and the pallets were arranged on top of the barrels, with a drum set on top of them. Needless to say, a conversation with the tenants ensued, where the owner was informed that they had a band and were using the garage as the stage for their performances. They were instructed to put the things back and the garage was fitted with new locks.
