Unfortunately, one tenant of an HOA decided against using rational thought and decided to take matters into their own hands.
They were upset at another resident at the complex would try to do all their laundry at one time (using all 4 machines simultaneously) The tenant was upset, as it seemed to be when he wanted to do his laundry.
Instead of talking to the other residents about it, or even bringing it up to the management so they could intervene, he decided to urinate on all of their laundry. Unknown to him, there was a security camera in the laundry room and the whole thing was caught on film.
Sadly, instead of the 'laundry hogs' being dealt with appropriately, the tenant who decided on vengeance was not only arrested (the other tenants called the police) but they were evicted from the property.
