Jeremiah oversees all the operations from marketing to management, finance to maintenance. While completing his master's degree in Information Systems Management, he began his career managing rentals in his community. With 20 years of property management experience, Jeremiah has served as president of the Utah chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, member of the Utah Apartment Association's Executive Governance, licensed continuing education instructor for the Utah Division of Real Estate, and several appointments in the local Association of Realtors.
